To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta776's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your ta776 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ta776 excludes all liability for: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (c) data loss; and (d) losses arising from third-party payment provider failures or delays. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ta776's liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
ta776 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where ta776 reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false information; (d) closure is required for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.
You may close your ta776 account at any time by contacting ta776 support at [email protected]. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled upon voluntary closure. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no pending investigations are outstanding.
